Common use of Super Stats Clause in Contracts

Super Stats. Regular employees who work on Christmas Day or New Years Day will be paid at the rate of double time (2x). In addition, regular full-time and regular part-time employees that work an average of thirty (30) or more hours per week on a continuous basis will receive a substitute day off with pay at their regular rate of pay equivalent to the number of hours the employee would have worked had there been no statutory holiday.
