SUPER BUILT-UP. AREAaccording to the context shall mean and include the Built-Up Area of any Unit And shall include the proportionate share of the areas of the Common Areas in the Housing Complex, attributable to such Unit as shall be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. It is clarified that Super Built-up Area has been given only for reference sake and has nothing to do with the pricing or other aspects of the said Unit agreed to be purchased by the Allottee.
SUPER BUILT-UP. AREA : shall include the built up area of the Unit and proportionate share of stair head room, lift machine room, service unit of ground floor, fire water pump, U.G. ring for hydrant, overhead and/or Underground fire reservoir, fire refuge platforms, pump rooms, septic tank, domestic water pump, Overhead domestic water tank, fire duct, electrical duct, lift service duct, shafts, lofts and other infrastructure area including area for common purpose and mandatory open space in the said building.
SUPER BUILT-UP. AREA shall mean the Built-up Area of any Unit together with thickness of the outer walls provided that in case of the wall being shared with any adjacent unit 50% thereof further together with proportionate undivided share of the area comprised in all the common areas parts and portions and it is expressly agreed by and between the parties hereto that the determination of the Super Built-up Area of any unit by the Architect shall be conclusive and binding on the parties.
