Common use of Sunesis Collaboration Technology for Collaboration Compounds Clause in Contracts

Sunesis Collaboration Technology for Collaboration Compounds. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Sunesis grants to Biogen Idec a worldwide, non-exclusive license under the Sunesis Collaboration Technology and Sunesis’ interest in the Joint Collaboration Technology, in each case with the right to grant sublicenses to the extent provided in Section 6.1.3, to make, discover, research and/or develop Collaboration Compounds, alone or as incorporated into Other Biogen Idec Products.
