Common use of Summer Time Clause in Contracts

Summer Time. 45.6.1 Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this Agreement where by reason of legislation summer time is prescribed as being in advance of the standard time, the length of any shift: a. commencing before the time prescribed pursuant to the relevant legislation for the commencement of a summer time period; and b. commencing on or before the time prescribed pursuant to such legislation for the termination of a summer time period: c. The expression standard time and summer time shall bear the same meaning as are prescribed by legislation, and legislation shall mean the Summer Time Act 1972, as amended or as substituted.

Summer Time. 45.6.1 Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this Agreement where by reason of legislation 32.1 When summer time is introduced through legislation, and is prescribed as being in advance of the standard time, the length of any shift: a. 32.1.1 commencing before the time prescribed pursuant to the relevant legislation for the commencement of a summer time period; and b. 32.2.2 commencing on or before the time prescribed pursuant to such the relevant legislation for the termination of a summer time period:; shall be the number of hours which are the difference between the times recorded by the clock at the beginning and end of the shift. c. 32.2 The expression expressions standard time and summer time shall bear the same meaning as are prescribed by legislation, and legislation shall mean defined within the Summer Time Act 1972, as amended or as substituted.

The expression standard time and summer time shall bear the same meaning as are prescribed by legislation, and legislation shall mean the Summer Time Act 1972, as amended or as substituted.; Schedule 7: Special Engagement (physical/community services employees only)

Where by reason of legislation summer Summer time is prescribed as being in advance of the standard time, the length of any shift: a. 23.6.1 (a) commencing before the time prescribed pursuant to the relevant legislation for the commencement of a summer Summer time period; and b. 23.6.1 (b) commencing on or before the time prescribed pursuant to such legislation for the termination of a summer Summer time period:; c. 23.6.2. The expression expressions standard time and summer time shall bear the same meaning as are prescribed by legislation, and legislation shall mean the Summer Time Act 1972, as amended or as substituted.
