Timber Cut Through Mistake Undesig- nated timber meeting Utilization Standards, cut by Pur- chaser through mistake and included by Contracting Offi- cer under B2.14, shall be removed and paid for at Current Contract Rates and Required Deposits, unless such ma- terial is not listed in A2. Abortion Funding Limitation Contractor understands, acknowledges, and agrees that, pursuant to Article IX of the General Appropriations Act (the Act), to the extent allowed by federal and state law, money appropriated by the Texas Legislature may not be distributed to any individual or entity that, during the period for which funds are appropriated under the Act:
COSTS DISTRIBUTED THROUGH COUNTYWIDE COST ALLOCATIONS The indirect overhead and support service costs listed in the Summary Schedule (attached) are formally approved as actual costs for fiscal year 2020-21, and as estimated costs for fiscal year 2022-23 on a “fixed with carry-forward” basis.
