Funding Limitation. Nothing herein shall be considered as obligating either Party to expend, or as involving either in any contract or other obligation for the future payment of, money in excess of funding approved and made available for payment under this Agreement and any modification thereto.
Funding Limitation. XXXXXXX agrees that funding for this Grant Contract is subject to the actual receipt by the OAG of grant funds (state and/or federal) appropriated to the OAG. XXXXXXX agrees that the grant funds, if any, received from the OAG are limited by the term of each state biennium and by specific appropriation authority to and the spending authority of the OAG for the purpose of this Grant Contract. XXXXXXX agrees that notwithstanding any other provision of this Grant Contract, if the OAG is not appropriated the funds, or if the OAG does not receive the appropriated funds for this grant program, or if the funds appropriated to the OAG for this grant program are required to be reallocated to fund other state programs or purposes, the OAG is not liable to pay the GRANTEE any remaining balance on this Grant Contract.
Funding Limitation. The ability of the County to enter into this Agreement is based upon available funding from various sources. In the event that such funding fails, is reduced, or is modified, from one or more sources, County has the option to terminate, reduce, or modify this Agreement, or any of its terms within ten (10) days of notifying Contractor of the termination, reduction, or modification of available funding. Any reduction or modification of this Agreement effective pursuant to this provision must comply with the requirements of paragraph 23.
Funding Limitation. 2.08 Notwithstanding any contrary provisions elsewhere in this Agreement, the obligation of FACTOR to disburse funds shall be subject to the provision of adequate funds being made available to FACTOR by the Government of Canada and private sponsors, and is further subject to any restrictions that may be imposed by the Government of Canada or private sponsors. In the event that FACTOR is required to lessen, or completely eliminate, any of the funding to be disbursed under this Agreement, FACTOR shall notify the Recipient of this fact within thirty business days of FACTOR determining that it is required to lessen or eliminate said funding. The Recipient's obligations under this Agreement shall not be released or diminished in the event that FACTOR has disbursed amount(s) subject to Article 2.
Funding Limitation. Unless otherwise agreed by the Holders, each Holder’s funding obligation under this Agreement shall be limited to such Holder’s capital contribution for the subscription of the Ordinary Shares and any other expenses to be paid pursuant to this Agreement.
Funding Limitation. Grantee is prohibited from using or authorizing the use of CARB funds to aid or support any religious creed, sect, church, or sectarian purpose pursuant to California Constitution, article XVI, section 5. Grantee is also prohibited from using or authorizing the use of CARB funds to aid or support a sectarian or denominational school or any school not under the exclusive control of the officers of the public schools pursuant to California Constitution, article IX, section 8. CARB reserves the right to obtain additional information from applicants and Grantees to determine compliance with California Constitution, article XVI, section 5 and article IX, section 8. Failure to provide any requested information may result in denial of Grant funding or termination of an existing Grant Agreement.
Funding Limitation. GRANTEE agrees that funding for this contract is subject to the actual receipt of grant funds (state and/or federal) appropriated to the OAG and such funds are sufficient to satisfy all of OAG’s duties, responsibilities, obligations, liability, and for reimbursement of all expenses, if any, as set forth in this contract or arising out of any performance pursuant to this contract. XXXXXXX agrees that the grant funds, if any, received from the OAG are limited by the term of each state biennium and by specific appropriation authority to the OAG for the purpose of this contract. XXXXXXX agrees that notwithstanding any other provision of this contract, if the OAG is not appropriated the funds or if the OAG does not receive the appropriated funds for the purpose of this grant program, or if the appropriated funds made for the purposes of this grant program, are deemed, in the sole discretion of the OAG, required to be reallocated to fund other state programs or purposes, the OAG is not liable to pay the GRANTEE any remaining balance on this contract.
Funding Limitation. (a) Based on the projected or actual availability of program funding, the Secretary may deny applications that otherwise meet the requirements of this part, and if an application is ap- proved, may deny all or part of a spon- sor’s reimbursement request.

Xxxxxxx agrees that funding for this grant is subject to the actual receipt by the Agency of grant funds appropriated to the Agency. Xxxxxxx agrees that the grant funds, if any, received from the Agency may be limited by the term of each state biennium and by specific appropriation authority to and the spending authority of the Agency for the purpose of this grant. Xxxxxxx agrees that notwithstanding any other provision of this grant, if the Agency is not appropriated the funds or if the Agency does not receive the appropriated funds for this grant program, or if the funds appropriated to the Agency for this grant program are required to be reallocated to fund other federal or state programs or purposes, the Agency is not liable to pay the Grantee any remaining balance on this grant.
Funding Limitation. (a) Seller’s current funding for any line item(s) subject to a funding limitation is stated on the Contract. These line item(s) are subject to that funding limitation through the date identified in clause F216.
