Common use of Successors; Governing Law Clause in Contracts

Successors; Governing Law. This Agreement will inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto and the officers and directors and controlling persons referred to in Section 8 hereof and their respective successors, assigns, heirs, executors and administrators, and no other persons will have any right or obligation hereunder.
