SUCCESSOR TO CORPORATION. 4.1 This Agreement shall bind any successor of AEPSC or the Corporation, its assets or its businesses (whether direct or indirect, by purchase, merger, consolidation or otherwise) in the same manner and to the same extent that AEPSC or the Corporation would be obligated under this Agreement if no succession had taken place.
