Successor Contracts. 3.7 CSU shall notify the Union prior to contracting out for a successor contract. Notice to the Union shall be no later than ninety (90) days prior to contracting out. If there is no Request for Proposal, the CSU shall notify the Union no later than ninety (90) days prior to the commencement of the contracting out.
