Common use of Successive Sales Clause in Contracts

Successive Sales. Any Leasehold Mortgagee or other acquiror of the leasehold estate of Tenant pursuant to foreclosure, assignment in lieu of foreclosure or-other proceedings may, upon acquiring Tenant's leasehold estate, without further consent of Landlord, sell and assign the leasehold estate so acquired on such terms and to such persons or organizations as are acceptable to such Leasehold Mortgagee or acquiror and thereafter be relieved of all obligations under this Lease; provided that such assignee has delivered to Landlord its written agreement to be bound by all of the provisions of this Lease from and after the date of such assignment.
