Substitute Procedures. 23.1.2.1. When practical, if a unit member requests a specific substitute, the District will assign the substitute as requested. 23.1.2.2. Teachers shall provide lesson plans, whenever possible, for day-to-day absences. Each teacher shall make a file available with items such as daily schedules and procedures, seating charts, classroom rules and disciplinary plans, to be used by substitutes.
