Substantial Modifications. 4.4.1 This section shall apply if the System Impact Study performed pursuant to Section 4.4.2 Before beginning substantial modifications to accommodate the interconnection of the Net Metering Facility to Rocky Mountain Power’s system, Rocky Mountain Power may require that Customer pay a deposit of not more than 50% of the estimated cost of procuring, installing and constructing equipment and facilities to be procured, installed or constructed by Rocky Mountain Power, not to exceed $3,000.00.
