Common use of Substantial Holder Clause in Contracts

Substantial Holder. Substantial Holder" shall mean any Holder that owned on the date of this Agreement 25% or more of the Registrable Securities then outstanding and such Transferee, if any, to whom such Substantial Holder Transfers Registrable Securities and assigns such Substantial Holder's rights as a Substantial Holder as permitted by Section 8.
