Substantial Completion of the Tenant Improvements. Except as expressly set forth in Section 2.5 of the Lease, and even though Landlord shall retain the “Contractor,” as that term is defined in Section 4.1.1 of this Tenant Work Letter, below, Landlord shall have no liability to Tenant, and the Lease Commencement Date shall not be adjusted, based on any delay in the TI Completion Delivery Date.
