All of Seller’s interest in all crude oil, natural gas, casinghead gas, drip gasoline, natural gasoline, petroleum, natural gas liquids, condensate, products, liquids and other hydrocarbons and other minerals or materials of every kind and description produced through the Wellbores and not yet past a measuring point at the Effective Time or produced from the Wellbores during the period from and after the Effective Time (such interest, the “Substances”) and all proceeds attributable thereto.
