Subsistence of Warranties. Notwithstanding Completion, the Warranties, and the Purchaser’s covenants and the undertakings and indemnities given by the Vendor and Purchaser shall continue to subsist for so long as may be necessary for the purpose of giving effect to each and every one of those provisions in accordance with their respective terms.
Subsistence of Warranties. The representations, warranties and agreements given or made by the respective Parties under this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall continue to subsist hereafter notwithstanding Completion which will take place on the basis of the statements made herein.
