Subsidiaries to Comply. To the extent any covenants or agreements relate, directly or indirectly, to a Subsidiary of either Party, each such provision shall be construed as a covenant of the applicable Party to cause (to the fullest extent to which it is legally capable) such Subsidiary to perform the required action.
