Subsidiaries, Etc Sample Clauses

The "Subsidiaries, Etc" clause defines how references to a party in the agreement also include its subsidiaries, affiliates, or related entities. In practice, this means that obligations, rights, or representations made by or to a party are automatically extended to cover its subsidiaries and sometimes other controlled entities, ensuring that the agreement's terms apply broadly within a corporate group. This clause is essential for clarifying the scope of the agreement and preventing ambiguity about which entities are bound by or benefit from its provisions.
