Subsidiaries, Etc. Schedule 4.01(o) (as supplemented by the Borrowers in a notice delivered pursuant to Section 5.01(a)(vii)) sets forth each of the Subsidiaries of each Loan Party, its jurisdiction of organization, the classes of its Equity Securities, the number of Equity Securities of each such class issued and outstanding, the percentages of Equity Securities of each such class owned directly or indirectly by each Loan Party and whether such Loan Party owns such Equity Securities directly or, if not, the Subsidiary of such Loan Party that owns such Equity Securities and the number of Equity Securities and percentages of Equity Securities of each such class owned directly or indirectly by such Loan Party. Except as set forth on Schedule 4.01(o) (as supplemented as set forth above), none of the Loan Parties currently has any Subsidiaries. All of the outstanding Equity Securities of each such Subsidiary indicated on Schedule 4.01(o) as owned by each Loan Party are owned beneficially and of record by such Loan Party free and clear of all adverse claims.
