Subsequent Studies. After completion of the Combined Therapy Clinical Trial, the Parties agree to discuss in good faith additional Combined Therapy Clinical Trials of the BMS Study Drug with the Recipient Study Drug. If the Parties jointly agree to conduct any such further clinical trials, such further clinical trials will, unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing, be conducted in accordance with a separate agreement.
