Common use of Subsequent Orders Clause in Contracts

Subsequent Orders. The acceptance of any order through Representative after the expiration or termination hereof shall not be deemed a renewal or extension hereof nor a waiver of expiration or termination; however, such order shall be governed by and handled in accordance with all the terms, conditions and limitations contained in this Agreement as if this Agreement had not been terminated.
