Common use of Subsequent Issue of Warrant Certificates Clause in Contracts

Subsequent Issue of Warrant Certificates. Subsequent to their original issuance, no Warrant Certificates shall be issued except (a) Warrant Certificates issued upon any transfer, combination, split up, or exchange of Warrants pursuant to Section 4 hereof, (b) Warrant Certificates issued in replacement of mutilated, destroyed, lost, or stolen Warrant Certificates pursuant to Section 4 hereof, (c) Warrant Certificates issued pursuant to Section 6 hereof upon the partial exercise of any Warrant Certificate to evidence the unexercised portion of such Warrant Certificate, and (c) Warrant Certificates issued pursuant to Subsection 11(g) or Section 20 hereof.

Subsequent to their original issuance, no Warrant Certificates shall be issued except except: (ai) Warrant Certificates issued upon any transfer, combination, split up, or exchange of Warrants pursuant to Section 4 hereof, ; (bii) Warrant Certificates issued in replacement of mutilated, destroyed, lost, lost or stolen Warrant Certificates pursuant to Section 4 hereof, ; (ciii) Warrant Certificates issued pursuant to Section 6 hereof upon the partial exercise of any Warrant Certificate to evidence the unexercised portion of such Warrant Certificate, ; and (civ) Warrant Certificates issued pursuant to Subsection 11(g) Sections 11 or Section 20 hereof.
