Common use of Subsequent Development Clause in Contracts

Subsequent Development. Owner may not proceed with any development or improvement of the Property other than as may be permitted under the terms of the Chaska City Code until such time as the Property has final plat approval from the City and Owner and other relevant parties have entered into a developer’s agreement which, amongst other matters, provides financial security acceptable to the City and has been approved by the City.
