Common use of Subsequent Conveyances Clause in Contracts

Subsequent Conveyances. Grantor agrees to notify Grantee in writing of the names and addresses of any party to whom the Property is to be transferred at or prior to the time the transfer is consummated. Grantor and its successors and assigns shall specifically refer to this Deed in any subsequent lease, deed, or other instrument by which any interest in the Property is conveyed.
