Common use of Subsequent Calibrations Clause in Contracts

Subsequent Calibrations. (A) If the Generator undertakes a subsequent calibration of a Main Meter or a Check Meter (each such calibration being a “Subsequent Metering Calibration Test”), the Generator must give the CfD Counterparty a minimum of ten (10) Business Days’ notice prior to undertaking that Subsequent Metering Calibration Test.
