Common use of Subsequent Awards Clause in Contracts

Subsequent Awards. Beginning in calendar year 2003, the Executive shall be eligible during the Term to receive additional equity grants and awards as determined by the Board (or a committee thereof) in its discretion, with all such grants and awards to be made on the same terms and conditions as the initial awards in Section 5(a) above (except that the exercise price for any options shall be at the market price on the date of grant or such lesser price as determined by the Board (or a committee thereof)).

Subsequent Awards. Beginning in calendar year 20032002, the Executive shall be eligible during the Term to receive additional equity grants and awards awards, on terms and conditions that are appropriate in light of his positions, his performance and the performance of the Company, all as determined by the Board (or a committee thereof) in its discretion, with all such grants and awards to be made on the same terms and conditions as the initial awards in Section 5(a) above (except that the exercise price for any options shall be at the market price on the date of grant or such lesser price as determined by the Board (or a committee thereof)).
