Common use of Subsequent Applications Clause in Contracts

Subsequent Applications. 21.1. If the Licence is terminated for any reason, ▇▇▇ reserves the right to take those matters into consideration when determining any subsequent application from the Student. ▇▇▇ reserves the right to decline to accept any subsequent application for admittance to the student accommodation. 21.2. Without prejudice to the foregoing, if the Licence is terminated for any reason set out at (20.4)) above, no subsequent application will be accepted by ▇▇▇ in respect of that person, and they shall be ineligible to apply to ▇▇▇ for student accommodation.
