Consumption Offering (also called Pay-As-You-Go). Customer pays based on actual usage with no upfront commitment. iii. Limited Offering. Customer receives a limited quantity of Online Services for a limited term without charge (for example, a free trial) or as part of another Microsoft offering (for example, MSDN). Provisions in this agreement with respect to the SLA and data retention may not apply
