Subscriptions and Payment a. The cost for the Bookings will be the price agreed upon between you and the specific Host on the Platform ("Fees"). Fees may also include (a) taxes, (b) any other products, services, upgrades, add-ons, ordered or agreed to through the Platform, and (c) changes, rescheduling or cancellation charges, if applicable. You may also be charged credit card processing fees.
b. Truckbays reserves the right to charge additional fees for use of the Platform, and/or charge for additional or premium services that may be offered from time to time. No such charges will be applicable until and unless you specifically agree to such charges and/or sign-up for such additional or premium services.
c. You agree that you will use the third-party payment processor (“TPPP”) provided by the Platform for making all payments to Truckbays and/or Hosts hereunder, and all such payments shall be subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the respective TPPP. You agree not to make any alternative payment arrangements with the Host for any Booking or related services. Trucker hereby authorizes Truckbays and its TPPP, to run credit card authorizations on all credit cards or other payment methods (“Payment Methods”) provided by Trucker, to store credit card and banking or other financial details as Trucker’s method of payment consistent with our Privacy Policy, and to charge Trucker’s credit card for the Fees and any other amounts owed. Truckbays is not and will not be responsible or liable for such TPPP or any acts or omissions of such third party. You are responsible for any chargebacks and the associated costs that arise due to your acts or omissions.
d. When you receive confirmation through the Platform or via email of a Booking, you automatically authorize the TPPP to process the applicable Fees. To the extent that any amounts owed under this Agreement cannot be collected from Trucker’s Payment Method(s), Trucker is solely responsible for paying such amounts by other means. In the event your Payment Method is unable to cover the Fees due hereunder, we reserve the right to suspend your Account and access to the Platform until the Payment Method has been updated and the applicable Fees paid. If Trucker fails to pay when payment is due, then Truckbays may, without limiting and in addition to its other available remedies, assess a late payment charge at the rate of two percent (2.0%) per month or the maximum rate allowed by applicable law, whichever is the lesser. Subscriptions and Payment. 5.1 Unless you use the FREE plan of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇, you will need to take out a subscription in order to create and manage codes. Prices, details about the different plans, and the features and restrictions associated with each plan can be found at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇/pricing. All prices are inclusive of value added tax (VAT), unless VAT is shown separately.
5.2 To take out a subscription, you must first log in to your account and select your desired plan on the pricing page. When clicking the "Upgrade now" button, you will be redirected to the checkout page. The fees are due immediately when you sign up for a subscription. The billing period will be one month. Unless you cancel your subscription, the term of the contract is automatically extended by another month at the end of a billing period. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time in the customer portal. This may result in prorated billing and activation or deactivation of certain features and codes.
5.3 I reserve the right to change subscription prices from time to time in response to changes in the total cost associated with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇. Subscription prices are influenced by the following cost elements, among others: development costs, hosting, IT systems, marketing, administrative costs, customer support, insurance, payment and billing services, other personnel and service costs, rent, energy costs, statutory contributions, fees, and taxes. Price changes will take effect no earlier than 30 days after they are announced. If you do not agree with the price adjustment, you can cancel your subscription at any time, subject to the cancellation period.

5.5 Both parties have the right to cancel the contract at any time with effect from the end of the billing period. To cancel your subscription, you can either use the customer portal or enter your email address and customer ID at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇/cancellation to be taken directly to the cancellation page without logging in. If you cancel your subscription, you can continue to use the services and features until the end of the billing period. The right to extraordinary termination remains unaffected.
Subscriptions and Payment. We currently offer an annual subscription to the Subscription Services (“Subscription”) payable monthly in arrears at a daily charge of €1.00 (“Subscription Fee”). The Subscription Fee must be paid by direct debit, and the Subscription Services will only commence after receipt of your completed direct debit mandate by day 14. In consideration of payment of the Subscription Fee, we grant you the right to access and use the Subscription Service available from this App for the duration of your Subscription and any Renewal, subject to the terms and conditions of this User Agreement.
