SUBSCRIPTIONS AND HOSTING. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, AutoHook will provide solutions to engage customers visiting a Client's website for the purpose of providing the Client with qualified leads and customer dealership visits (the "Service"). AutoHook holds the proprietary rights to the Service and all related processes. Client will subscribe to the Service for the Term of this Agreement. The Service is non-exclusive and non- transferable, and shall only apply to one (1) Client rooftop. AutoHook shall be an independent contractor to Client.
SUBSCRIPTIONS AND HOSTING. This Section 2 applies for the duration of the applicable service period, if Institution has purchased a Subscription and/or Hosting services.
