SUBSCRIPTION UPGRADES. Customer may upgrade Customer’s Subscription Plan to one of HyperGrid’s other Subscription Plans at any time by notifying HyperGrid in writing, and if Customer does so, Customer agrees to pay HyperGrid for any applicable additional fees. HyperGrid will credit any unused portion of Customer’s existing Subscription Plan against the total amount due for Customer’s new Subscription Plan.
SUBSCRIPTION UPGRADES. 4.1 ▇▇▇▇▇▇ may from time to time introduce new features to its ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Perform offering which do not form part of the Account Holder’s Subscription. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall notify the Account Holder as and when such upgrades become available.
4.2 The Account Holder may elect to upgrade its Subscription to benefit from newly available premium features at any time during a Subscription Period by submitting an Order to ▇▇▇▇▇▇. In such case, the amounts paid by the Account Holder for the relevant Subscription Period will be set off against the new total Fee for the Subscriptions. The amounts outstanding after such set-off shall be payable in accordance with clause 10.
SUBSCRIPTION UPGRADES. If Licensee expands its use of the Software beyond what is authorized in an applicable Purchase Order during the Initial Subscription Term or any Renewal Subscription Term (a “Subscription Upgrade”), ShardSecure shall invoice Licensee (or the applicable Reseller) for the additional Fees associated with such Subscription Upgrade on a pro rata basis over the remaining period of the Subscription Term, which Fees shall be due and payable upon implementation of such Subscription Upgrade. In any future Renewal Subscription Term, Licensee’s updated Fees will be in consideration of any such Subscription Upgrades; and provided that no Fee refund or credit shall be granted where Licensee elects to not use or to cease using the Subscription Upgrades.
