Subscription Irrevocable. Except as provided in Section 4, this Subscription is irrevocable and the Subscriber agrees it is not entitled to cancel, terminate, or revoke this Subscription. The Subscriber agrees and acknowledges that the Subscriber’s subscription will not be returned, except in the event that the Company rejects the subscription in whole or in part, which it may do in its sole discretion. The Subscriber fully acknowledges, understands and agrees that this Agreement shall become effective and binding on the Subscriber upon the earlier of (a) the signature of this Agreement by the Subscriber; or (b) the moment the Subscriber ticks the check-box on the website of the Company to indicate and confirm that it has read, acknowledged, understood and agrees to the terms of this Agreement and clicks submit; or (c) the moment the payment is made by the Subscriber for the Tokens.
