Subscription Irrevocable. The Subscriber hereby agrees that this subscription is irrevocable and that the representations and warranties set forth in this Agreement will survive the acceptance of this subscription.
Subscription Irrevocable. Except as set forth herein, this Subscription is irrevocable, is subject to all of the terms and provisions contained in the Subscription Agreement, and will survive the death, dissolution, or disability of the Subscriber.
Subscription Irrevocable. The Investor hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Investor is not entitled to cancel, terminate or revoke this subscription or any agreement of the Investor hereunder and that such subscription and agreement shall survive the death or disability of the Investor.

The Subscriber fully acknowledges, understands and agrees that this Agreement shall become effective and binding on the Subscriber upon the earlier of (a) the signature of this Agreement by the Subscriber; or (b) the moment the Subscriber ticks the check-box on the website of the Company to indicate and confirm that it has read, acknowledged, understood and agrees to the terms of this Agreement and clicks submit; or (c) the moment the payment is made by the Subscriber for the Tokens.
Subscription Irrevocable. This Agreement will become an irrevocable obligation of Subscriber to purchase the number of Shares shown on the Signature Page, at the Subscription Price per Share, when a copy of this Agreement, signed by Subscriber, is countersigned by the Company.
Subscription Irrevocable. Except as provided under applicable state securities laws, this subscription is and shall be irrevocable on the part of Subscriber.

Subscription Irrevocable. Except as otherwise provided under applicable laws, this Agreement is and shall be irrevocable, except that Purchaser shall have no obligation hereunder in the event this Agreement is for any reason rejected or the Offering of the Units is for any reason canceled or terminated prior to the acceptance of this Agreement.
