Subscription for Less Than Entitlement. A Warrantholder may subscribe -------------------------------------- for a number of Common Shares less than the number which the Warrantholder is entitled to purchase pursuant to the surrendered Warrant, in which event the Warrantholder shall be entitled to receive (except after the Expiry Date) a new Warrant Certificate evidencing the balance of the Common Shares which the Warrantholder was entitled to subscribe for pursuant to the surrendered Warrant and which were not then so subscribed for.
