Common use of Subscription Fee Report Clause in Contracts

Subscription Fee Report. On any anniversary of the Effective Date of Customer’s original Order Form, Customer shall provide to Kubermatic a Subscription Fee Report that covers the previous 12 months and allows Kubermatic to ascertain that all Fees due for the license subscription in the Enterprise Edition have been invoiced and paid. If Fees are outstanding, Kubermatic will invoice them accordingly.
