SUBSCRIBER’S DUTIES Sample Clauses
The 'Subscriber’s Duties' clause defines the responsibilities and obligations that the subscriber must fulfill under the agreement. Typically, this includes requirements such as timely payment of fees, proper use of the service or product, and compliance with any applicable policies or laws. For example, a subscriber may be required to maintain accurate account information or refrain from unauthorized sharing of access credentials.
