SUBSCRIBER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. (a) The Operator will maintain throughout the Term and for twelve (12) months thereafter (or such longer period as required by law) sufficient records to enable the Broadcaster to verify the Monthly Subscriber Reports supplied by Operator, the payments due to the Broadcaster hereunder and Operator’s compliance with the Broadcaster’s anti- piracy obligations as set out in Schedule 2 of this Agreement.
