The 'Subscribed Services' clause defines the specific services that a customer is entitled to receive under an agreement. Subscribed Services. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, including without limitation, Client’s payment of all applicable fees, Rubicon hereby agrees to provide the Subscribed Services, and in connection therewith, Rubicon hereby grants to Client during the term of the applicable Order a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited right and license to (a) access and use of the Subscribed Services subject to the terms specified in the Statement of Work (the “SOW”) and as specified in the applicable Order, solely for Client’s internal use; (b) to transmit and receive Client Content to and from the System; and (c) use the Documentation in connection with such rights. The rights granted to Client pursuant to any Order shall terminate upon the termination or expiration of this Agreement or the applicable Order for any reason. All rights not expressly granted to Client are reserved by Rubicon and its licensors.
Subscribed Services. 2.1 Davies Technology Solutions shall use commercially reasonable endeavours to make the Subscribed Services available in accordance with our Service Level Commitment except for the following which does not count towards measuring compliance with our Service Level Commitment: (a) planned maintenance carried out during the maintenance window of 10.00 pm to 2.00 am UK time; and (b) unscheduled maintenance performed outside Normal Business Hours, provided that Davies Technology Solutions has used reasonable endeavours to give the Customer at least 6 Normal Business Hours’ notice in advance. 2.2 Davies Technology Solutions will, as part of the Subscribed Services and at no additional cost to the Customer provide the Customer with Davies Technology Solutions’s standard customer support services during Normal Business Hours. The Customer may purchase enhanced support services separately at Davies Technology Solutions’s then current rates.

Subscribed Services. Initial usage charges: DocuSign Envelope ID: Excess usage will be charged as follows: Algolia will provide the Subscriber with a subscription to the Premium Plan to use up to the number of Units subscribed as detailed in the table above (“Included Usage”). If the Subscriber’s usage exceeds the initial (as set forth above) or subsequently increased Included Usage limit ("Excess Usage"), Algolia will automatically enable and invoice fees for Excess Usage at the rate of provided that the Subscriber will have ten (10) days after first exceeding its Included Usage limit to contact Algolia (email acceptable) and request to increase its Included Usage limit to cover its Excess Usage to such date and any future usage at the discounted rates set forth below. If the Subscriber makes such a request within ten (10) days after first exceeding its included Usage limit, Algolia will rate of as set forth above. If the Subscriber exceeds its Included Usage limit again at a later date, the Subscriber may initiate the same process to further increase its Included Usage limit at the discounted rates set forth below. DocuSign Envelope ID: The Premium Plan is subject to (i) an average 10 kilobyte per record size limit with a maximum size per record limit of 100 kilobyte, and (ii) a maximum data size of 100 gigabytes per application. The Subscriber may use up to 10 applications under the Plan. If the Subscriber exceeds the limit on record size and data size per application, Algolia may either degrade or suspend Services until the Subscriber adjusts usage to fit Plan limits.
