Subproviders. The prime provider shall not invoice the State for charges which exceed the rates listed in the technical expert’s proposal.

Subproviders. Provider agrees to bind every subprovider by terms of the contract as far as such terms are applicable to subprovider's work. If Provider shall subcontract any part of this contract, Provider shall be fully responsible to the District for acts and omissions of his subprovider and of persons either directly or indirectly employed by himself. Nothing contained in the contract documents shall create any contractual relations between any subprovider and the District.
Subproviders. A. The PROVIDER shall maintain an adequate and competent staff licensed within the State of Florida as referenced in Section 4. The PROVIDER may engage specialists the PROVIDER deems necessary. The PROVIDER shall present satisfactory evidence of the reliability, experience, and qualifications of any proposed subproviders prior to COUNTY approval to sublet work hereunder. Written approval by the COUNTY shall be required prior to engaging any additional subprovider not already identified in the approved budget attached as Exhibit 2. It shall be understood by the PROVIDER and the specialists who are parties to said subprovider that the COUNTY shall be an intended, substantial beneficiary of the written agreements between the PROVIDER and the subproviders.

It shall be understood by the PROVIDER and its subproviders that the COUNTY shall be an intended, substantial beneficiary of the written agreements between the PROVIDER and the subproviders.
Subproviders. In the event a subprovider selected by the Engineer to perform work associated with this Contract is unable to secure insurance coverage in the amounts set forth in subarticles 21.b., d., and f. . above, Engineer may provide to the Mobility Authority an explanation of coverages that a subprovider does possess, why those coverages are adequate to cover the potential exposure for the work to be performed by the subprovider, and an acknowledgement that the Engineer remains liable for the work performed under the contract, including that performed by the subcprovider. The Mobility Authority may decide, in is sole discretion, whether to accept the coverages available to the subprovider

  • SERVICE PROVIDER’S PERSONNEL 10.1 The Service Provider’s Personnel shall be regarded at all times as employees, agents or Subcontractors of the Service Provider and no relationship of employer and employee shall arise between Transnet and any Service Provider Personnel under any circumstances regardless of the degree of supervision that may be exercised over the Personnel by Transnet.

  • AGREEMENTS WITH EMPLOYEES AND SUBCONTRACTORS Grantee shall have written, binding agreements with its employees and subcontractors that include provisions sufficient to give effect to and enable Grantee’s compliance with Grantee’s obligations under this Article VI, Intellectual Property.
