Subordination Provisions Controlling. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Indenture, to the extent that any provision contained in Articles One (other than Section 101) through Thirteen of this Indenture conflicts with any provision contained in Article Fourteen (including the definitions of certain terms used in Article Fourteen) of this Indenture, the provisions contained in Article Fourteen of this Indenture shall govern and control. 118
