Common use of Subordinate Document Clause in Contracts

Subordinate Document. This General Conveyance is executed and delivered by the Parties pursuant to the Agreement for the purposes of the provisions of the Agreement and the terms and conditions hereof shall be read in conjunction with the terms of the Agreement. The provisions of the Agreement shall prevail if there is a conflict between the provisions of the Agreement and this General Conveyance.
