Subordinate Document. This General Conveyance is executed and delivered by the Parties pursuant to the Purchase Agreement and the provisions of the Purchase Agreement shall prevail in the event of a conflict between the provisions of the Purchase Agreement and the provisions of this General Conveyance.
Subordinate Document. This Conveyance is executed and delivered by the Parties pursuant to the Agreement for the purposes of the provisions of the Agreement, and the terms hereof shall be read in conjunction with the terms of the Agreement. The Agreement shall prevail if there is a conflict between the provisions of the Agreement and this Conveyance.
Subordinate Document. This Agreement is executed and delivered by the parties hereto pursuant to and for the purposes of the provisions of the Sale Agreement and the provisions of the Sale Agreement shall prevail and govern in the event of a conflict between the provisions of the Sale Agreement and this Agreement.
Subordinate Document. This Agreement is executed and delivered by the parties hereto pursuant to and for the purposes of the provisions of the Master Transfer Agreement. The provisions of the Master Transfer Agreement shall prevail and govern in the event of a conflict between the provisions of the Master Transfer Agreement and this Agreement.
Subordinate Document. This Conveyance is executed and delivered by the Parties pursuant to the Sale Agreement for the purposes of the provisions of the Sale Agreement, and the terms hereof shall be read in conjunction with the terms of the Sale Agreement. The Sale Agreement shall prevail if there is a conflict between the provisions of the Sale Agreement and this Conveyance.
Subordinate Document. This agreement is executed and delivered by the parties hereto pursuant to and for the purposes of the provisions of the Agreement and the provisions of the Agreement shall prevail and govern in the event of a conflict between the provisions of the Agreement and this agreement.
Subordinate Document. This General Conveyance is executed and delivered by the parties hereto pursuant to and for the purposes of the provisions of the Sale Agreement and the provisions of the Sale Agreement shall prevail and govern in the event of a conflict between the provision of the Sale Agreement and this Conveyance.
Subordinate Document. This Conveyance is executed and delivered by the Parties pursuant to the Asset Sale Agreement, and the provisions of the Asset Sale Agreement shall prevail and govern in the event of a conflict or variance between the two instruments.
Subordinate Document. 6. The parties hereto acknowledge that except as herein otherwise provided, all of the provisions of the Agreement of Purchase and Sale shall apply and are hereby incorporated by reference in so far as they relate to the Assets.
Subordinate Document. This Conveyance is executed and delivered by the Parties pursuant to the Goldstar Asset Sale Agreement and the terms and conditions hereof shall be read in conjunction with the terms of the Goldstar Asset Sale Agreement. The provisions of the Goldstar Asset Sale Agreement shall prevail if there is a conflict between the provision of the Goldstar Asset Sale Agreement and this Conveyance.
