Common use of Subordinate Document Clause in Contracts

Subordinate Document. This Agreement is executed and delivered by the parties hereto pursuant to and for the purposes of the provisions of the Master Transfer Agreement. The provisions of the Master Transfer Agreement shall prevail and govern in the event of a conflict between the provisions of the Master Transfer Agreement and this Agreement.
