Submissions to Unit Holders. The General Partner shall give all the Unit Holders Notification of any proposal or other matter required by any provisions of this Agreement or by law to be submitted for the consideration and approval of the Unit Holders. Such Notification shall include any information required by the relevant provision of the Agreement or by law.
