Common use of Submission Period Clause in Contracts

Submission Period. From February 15, 2021 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time to December 31, 2023 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time, or such earlier date and time when all available Rewards have been distributed (the “Submission Period”). All receipts must be submitted within the Submission Period in order to be eligible for this Program. The Program Period (including the scheduled start date and end date) may be modified or terminated at any time at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and without notice.
