In accordance with the schedule contained in an approved Work Plan, Applicant shall submit a Final Report for an Investigation Work Plan prepared in accordance with ECL § 27-1411(1) and 6 NYCRR § 375-1.6. If such Final Report concludes that no remediation is necessary, and the Site does not meet the requirements for Track 1, Applicant shall submit an Alternatives Analysis prepared in accordance with ECL § 27-1413 and 6 NYCRR § 375-3.8(f) that supports such determination.
