Submission of Collateral Documents. Each Borrower shall promptly, but in no event later than twenty (20) days following the conversion of an Account to an instrument or chattel paper, notify the Administrative Agent if an Account becomes evidenced or secured by an instrument or chattel paper and, upon request of the Administrative Agent, promptly deliver any such instrument or chattel paper to the Lender.
