The 'Submission and testing' clause outlines the procedures and requirements for delivering and evaluating goods, services, or work products under a contract. Typically, it specifies how and when the supplier must submit deliverables for review, and details the methods or criteria the client will use to test or inspect them for compliance with agreed standards. This clause ensures that deliverables meet contractual expectations before final acceptance, reducing the risk of defects or misunderstandings about quality and performance.
Submission and testing. Whenever Supplier considers that it has completed a Stage to the standard required by the Agreement, including after any re-submission under clause 27.4, Supplier will notify Spark accordingly, and Spark will perform Acceptance Tests on that Stage. Supplier will promptly provide any assistance and information reasonably requested by ▇▇▇▇▇ for the purpose of facilitating the Acceptance Tests.

Upon the initiation of services, Contractor shall provide CDCR with appropriate instruction on how to return the dosimeters for testing; these instructions shall incorporate procedures for the preservation of the dosimeters’ integrity. At the end of each dosimeter’s designated wear- period, CDCR shall deliver the dosimeter to Contractor’s designated address, at CDCR’s expense. Contractor shall test the radiation exposure of the submitted dosimeters within five (5) business days of reception and the test readings shall report the amount of comprehensive radiation exposure. Contractor shall ensure the dosimeters readings are within twenty (20) percent of the true radiation exposure. Contractor shall notify designated CDCR personnel by telephone, within twenty-four (24) hours or less, of any positive radiation exposure that reads greater than two (2) millisieverts (200 millirems. Positive readings shall also be included in the Report of Exposure, outlined in Section E, Report of Exposure.
