Submarine Outfall. It includes pipes, fittings and related facilities for the Final Disposal of items and sub- products generated by the operation of the sanitation infrastructure in the sea, which comply with applicable technical and environmental standards.
Submarine Outfall. Outfall Diffusers, and ATON Buoys: The City shall own and maintain the submarine outfall, outfall diffusers, and ATON Buoys, given their location and primary usage by the City. WCA shall convey these facilities to the City of Richmond via a Bill of Sale in a form substantially similar to that attached as Exhibit D.

  • Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer’s device for the production of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Dark Fiber Loop 2.8.4.1 Dark Fiber Loop is an unused optical transmission facility, without attached signal regeneration, multiplexing, aggregation or other electronics, from the demarcation point at an End User’s premises to the End User’s serving wire center. Dark Fiber Loops may be strands of optical fiber existing in aerial or underground structure. BellSouth will not provide line terminating elements, regeneration or other electronics necessary for AFN to utilize Dark Fiber Loops.

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner. 4.1.2 The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for its share of all reasonable expenses, including overheads, associated with (1) owning, operating, maintaining, repairing, and replacing its own Interconnection Facilities, and

  • Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities The Interconnection Customer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at its sole expense.

  • Line Outage Costs Notwithstanding anything in the ISO OATT to the contrary, the Connecting Transmission Owner may propose to recover line outage costs associated with the installation of Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities or System Upgrade Facilities or System Deliverability Upgrades on a case-by-case basis.
