Sublicensees - Release Clause Samples

The 'Sublicensees - Release' clause defines the conditions under which sublicensees are released from certain obligations or liabilities, typically upon the termination or expiration of the main license agreement. In practice, this clause may specify that once the primary license ends, any parties who received sublicenses are no longer bound by the terms of the sublicense, or are released from claims related to their prior use. Its core function is to clarify the rights and responsibilities of sublicensees after the main agreement concludes, thereby preventing ongoing liability or confusion for those parties.
